We will accept returns on items that are purchased via tomoskateco.com. We do not accept returns on accessories. Please notify info@tomoskateco.com within 14 day from the date you received your order to obtain authorization for a return. Items must be in perfect condition and unworn/unused with all original tags attached. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Digital Gift Cards are not refundable, nor may they be resold. Any outstanding balance of the Digital Gift Card shall not be refunded or exchanged for cash, except as required by law.

Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped within the State of California.
