ORDERS

Q: When do you ship out orders?
A: We operate from Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays. As soon as Tomo Skate Co. has received your order and payment we will try our best to ship it to you in the shortest time possible.

Q: Can I update my order after it’s been placed?
A: Once an order is submitted and confirmed, changes cannot be made. Please be sure to verify all pertinent information before finalizing your order.

SHIPPING

Q: Can you ship to a PO Box/military addresses?
A: Yes, we are able to ship to both PO boxes and military addresses.

Q: How long does it take for me to receive a package?
A: It depends, but usually 5-7 business days in the US, 7-10 business days internationally.

Q: Why am I being charged extra/ Why is my delivery taking longer?
A: Delivery outside of the US may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may also delay your delivery time.

PAYMENT

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JBC, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

RETURNS

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will accept returns on items that are purchased via tomoskateco.com. We do not accept returns on accessories. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn and unused with all original tags attached and returned within 14 days after you’ve received your package. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

EXCHANGES

Q: Can you exchange an item if the size doesn’t fit?
A: No, we do not make any exchanges. What you can do is return the item, and make a new order.
